Chris Barnes joins Southland as Director of MarketingCharleston, S.C. (May 8, 2007) – Southland announced today the hiring of Chris Barnes as Director of Marketing at the Branch Support Center in Charleston.
Chris joins Southland after spending the last three years working for the Columbia Inferno hockey team of the ECHL. While with the Inferno he served as the Marketing Manager and Director of Game Operations. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from the University of South Carolina’s Journalism School.

Pablo Catala joins Southland as Construction Operations ManagerCharleston, S.C. (May 8, 2007) – David Schwartz, Vice President and General Manager of Eastern South Carolina Operations for Southland, a landscape management company, announced today the hiring of Pablo Catala as Construction Operations Manager.
Pablo comes to Southland from Pleasant Places, Inc. of Mount Pleasant, S.C., where he was a Project Manager. He has a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Juan Manuel University of Agriculture in Bolivia.
